His NHS practice is based in a leading teaching hospital in London, where he routinely operates on complex pelvic surgery, with a special interest in retroperitoneal and extraperitoneal surgery. He is also Deputy Director of the Minimally Invasive Surgery and Simulation Centre at UCLH, leading education for trainee and established Surgeons and their teams. Hiten trained in London and the USA, while completing his PhD.

Venita is a Child specialist with a special interest in community child health. Her skills and aptitude led to a distinction in her masters from University College London. She previously completed her UK training in Child health by gaining the Membership of the Royal College of Child Health. Venita became the youngest ever medical student in the UK. At 16 years of age she started her undergraduate training in Medicine at the University of St Bartholomew's, London.

Before joining Mischon, he was the Senior International Accountant at CMS Cameron McKenna LLP, responsible for implementation of finance related projects in its European offices. Mayank has over 6 years experience working with law firms, and prior to that completed his ACA whilst at Price Waterhouse Coopers (PWC), London.

Before joining Fauchier Partners in December 2004, Shailen was the Chief Financial Officer from 2001 to 2004 of BNP Paribas Fauchier Partners, a joint venture with BNP Paribas Asset Management. Prior to this, he worked for Linklaters, where he was responsible for the management and development of their global Finance Systems. Shailen also gained experience as Head of Finance for AEC, a specialist IT solutions provider.He has a BSc (Hons) in Accounting and Economics from Southampton University.Shailen is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a Partner of Fauchier Partners LLP.

Prag Mistry established Fruitmann in 2005 with over 15 years experience in the fresh produce industry. His entrepreneurial spirit and dynamic nature has been vital during the startup phase and invaluable in the current recession. Prior to Fruitmann, Prag was the Marketing Manager for the UK branch of Mehadrin Tnuport Export, the largest exporter of JAFFA branded citrus from Israel. Earlier, Prag was a Department Manager for Fyffes Group Ltd.
